Our Story

Our Story

Our Story

When supervision fell short, a new model emerged

Founded by Dr. Kirk L. Brink, a clinical psychologist with over four decades of experience, this organization was born out of a need for deeper, more structured support for therapists. Over the years, Dr. Brink has witnessed firsthand the challenges therapists face in maintaining their own emotional resilience and professional development. Recognizing the limitations of traditional supervision models, he envisioned a more immersive, collaborative approach that integrates group consultation and personal growth.

By fostering a community where therapists can engage in honest discussions, receive constructive feedback, and refine their clinical skills, our organization has become a vital resource for mental health professionals looking to deepen their practice and sustain long-term career fulfillment.
